Identity Theft again Tops Consumer Complaints

The Federal Trade Commission yesterday released a list of consumer fraud complaints in 2007. Again, identity theft related fraud tops the list, making up 32% of the total complaints. According to FTC, credit card fraud is the most common form of fraud.
