When I receive the item, I either peel off the UPC label, or just cut a small hole on the package without open the package. I try to minimize any damage to the package so it's still new. When I list the item, I explicitly say the UPC label is removed so people know I have done something with the item. Other than that, it's new. So I haven't received any complains about the package.
