Can You Use a $5 Texaco Gift Card?

I mentioned last month my unpleasant experience with PNC Bank over the business checking account I recently opened with them. The branch manager later sent me a $5 Texaco gift card as a gesture for the trouble I went through. It’s nice that the bank values my business and wants me to be a happy customer, even though it’s just $5. The only problem is there’s no Texaco gas station in the area where I am living.

The gift card has been sitting in my drawer for a month already and I couldn’t find a place to redeem it. So instead of wasting it, I’d like to give the card away to someone who can use it.
