2010 Quicken Deluxe Giveaway
Are you using Quicken to manage your money?
After Microsoft pulled the plug on MS Money in the summer, Intuit’s Quicken is left as the only PC based personal finance software that helps people track their spending and manage their investments (of course, Quicken also does other things such as budgeting), unless you want to use a web-based tool. I have been using Quicken Home & Business to manage our finance (actually, it’s more like tracking than managing) for years. My general feeling of the software is that it makes managing money easier, especially when you have dozens of bank accounts, credit cards, and investments like I do. However, since I mainly use Quicken to track investments, I am pretty sure that I missed lot of good functions & features the software has to offer. Now that Intuit has released its latest 2010 version of Quicken, the popular software has got even more powerful and user friendly (see highlights of 2010 Quicken) with an array of new and improved features.
Last week, I had a post on Intuit’s ongoing promotion of a few Quicken products which will save you $20 if you purchase a qualified software before November 1st. It’s a nice deal if you want to purchase Quicken Deluxe because the discount is a third of the original price. Pretty good, right?
However, before you go ahead and buy the software, I have a better deal for you: Get a copy of 2010 Quicken Deluxe for free.
Intuit last week provided me two copies of 1020 Quicken Deluxe to let me run a giveaway to my readers. To enter, all you need to is leave a comment at this post with a valid email address before this Sunday, October 25th.

Any financial tracking tool used consistently is a vast improvement over what the majority of the population uses – which is nothing. Quicken 2010 is a great product and would be most welcome.
I have MS Money on an older laptop and my new laptop doesn’t support the software – I haven’t upgraded MS Money since, well, not long after Y2K. Yeah, I know. In any case, it would help me out a lot to have a new financial software package to use.
My husband has our financial software on an older computer and the software isn’t even supported anymore. We’re too cheap to buy a new financial program, so getting one for free would fit our frugal, cheapskate lifestyle. Thanks for offering it up.
I haven’t been tracking my investments or checking and my spouse is wanting to get control of our investments & build a baseline for our financial plan. I’d love to win a copy of Quicken 2010 to get started and reduce the amount of paper record filing.
I love Quicken and would love to upgrade, but we’ve been unemployed or underemployed for well over a year now and can’t afford it. Hope the saints hear my prayer!
thanks for this opportunity, I was actually looking for a software to better manage one of my club’s money as well as my own. you the man.
Would love to make the upgrade — thanks for the offer! Craig
Wow!! A free copy of Quicken Deluxe. That would be GREAT!!
hope I am not late. would love to have a copy of Deluxe.
thanks
I guess it’s time to upgrade (using ver 6.0b – Win95 version on my XP machine) Might be too late for your freebee though. Anyway -good luck everyone!
