Deal: ULTRA 4GB Flash Drive for $12.99
Post viewed 324 times, 1 so far today
Looking for a flash drive with huge capacity? Then this deal may be the one you want.
Buy.com now has ULTRA 4GB Flydrive USB 2.0 Flash Drive [Buy.com affiliate link] for $6.06 after $60 mail-in rebate (expires February 23rd) with $6.06 shipping fees. The actual cost of this 4GB flash drive after rebate is $12.99. The same product is listed for $63 on Amazon.com. Even if you don't want it for personal use, it's possible to make a nice profit if you can sell it on Amazon.
With so much talk recently (on The Digerati Life and Money, Matter, and More Musings) on why mail-in rebates may be not worth the time and effort, I still love them!

It’s great that you came to the defense of rebates!
Even FMF doesn’t feel the love for them. However, I must give you kudos for somehow being such a great deal finder. I’m very curious about how you can manage to track all these things and still not get frustrated! I wish I had your talent in working with this (you and Yan are really tops on sniffing out the best prices).
I liked the idea of selling it on Amazon for $63 and get $50 profit.
I used to use a program called RebateRebate to keep track all my rebates before it crashed and lost all my information. Now I use spreadsheet and keep a hard copy of everything. Sometimes it’s hard to remember to check the status of each rebate when there are dozens outstanding submissions and there are times I didn’t get the money back and forgot to ask. However, there are some very reliable rebates that I can always get the rebates. I just feel that with rebates, a lot of products I am interested in become much more affordable.
Seriously man, I have a hard time keeping track of just one or two rebates.
You are really organized. Btw, from pf bloggers I think Jim (blueprint for financial prosperity) is very pro-rebate.
That new page is cool. You can do with with your existing domain name? I am interested in getting something like…may be to cover some deals and create some competition to you
As for the new Deals page, Yes, you can do it with your existing domain name. All I did was create a subdomain “deals” under my main domain thesunsfinancialdiary.com and once you have a subdomain, you can treat just like a new domain (only that you don’t have to pay for it, at least with my server). I just installed another Wordpress on the subdomain and use it as a blog. But apparently you can do more than a blog.
