Deal: USB TV Tuner for $15

A couple of years ago, I bought an external KWorld TV tuner. The device is quite good. Simply connect it to the cable and plug into the computer USB port, the image shows up on the screen and I can even record the programs to the computer hard drive. Whenever I am the only one in the house wants to watch TV late in the night, I watch it on my computer so I don't need to turn on the big screen. Very convenient. The only drawback is it has its own power supply.
Now Buy.com has KWorld USB 2.0 TV Tuner Adapter [Buy.com affiliate link] for $14.99 after $22 main-in-rebates ($12 plus $10) with free shipping. It's a very compact device and from the look, it doesn't seem to consume any power which is better than the one I have. The rebates end on January 20th.
