Got a Toys ‘R Us Calcellation Email?
Looks like Toys ‘R Us just had a hiccup.
I ordered a Fisher-Price toy this morning after seeing their free infant toy promotion ($19.99 listed price, free after the discount, $8.24 shipping). At that time, there were quite a few $19.99 toys available and I thought I got a pretty good deal.
While I was waiting for the shipment notice, I got a cancellation email instead tonight. The email says the order has been cancelled because the item was “unavailable at this time.” When I went to their website, I found no toys at $19.99. All the previously listed at $19.99 toys were pulled off the website.
Well, when something looks too good to be true, maybe it is.
