Connie: The item was listed with free shipping when I posted yesterday, but now it will cost you $4.99. I didn’t know when it happened, but apparently they changed the policy. For that, I don’t know if I want to pay $4.99 for a 99 cents item.

I went ahead and ordered the webcam. Hey, $0.99 is nothing.

Beware, you must postmark your request for the $25 back by July 7th. Don’t get Suckered in to paying full price.
