The survey contains 10 questions and takes only 2 minutes with no other conditions. But you have to be quick if you want to take it as the supply may not last very long.

    GREAT OFFER, I DONT SHOP THERE OFTEN… BUT THIS GIVES ME GOOD REASON TO STOP IN. MORE PLACES SHOULD DO THIS. AFTER ALL, MOST PEOPLE END UP SPENDING OVER $10 THERE PER VISIT I WOULD GUESS. THANK YOU!
