Bank of America is a terrible Bank. The reason now why they are terrible is because they have not advertised this program at all. It is a "secret" let's do something good program. I go to the bank very often and I am a customer, I have been completely unaware of it for over 2 years. I also resent the Keep the change program which they signed me up for twice without my permission. A way too take money from our checking account and invest it at thier will. Bank of America always asks me intrusive questions about my accounts in an effort to sell me something when I talk to the teller. they should just say are you interested in overdraft protection/ or whatever, and only when the customers needs have already been handled.
Bank of America is not good for the average american. they are all about outrageous banking fees and trying to steal the governments bailout money.

I think this is a great opportunity for people to visit their local museums. I am on a fixed income due to disability & am ever so grateful for this experience. With the tight economy & strained budgets this is a welcome treat that I so appreciate. I hope more museums take part in the future because through my visits I am able to tell others of my experince & they can go when they are able.

Tim: I didn't get any notice from BoA either. I wouldn't know if I didn't hear it from my local radio. It's definitely a good thing BoA is doing for the community. Unfortunately, the nearest museum to us in NJ is still about 50 miles away.

does this include the smithsonian? oh wait, it is already free. i can see why BofA omitted DC. i wish i was near one of those states in order to go. still doesn't change my mind about bofa, though. definitely a good thing to know...i wonder why bofa didn't send us a notice or didn't post anything on the website when i logged in. thanks for the notice, because this is definitely something we'll take advantage of.
