My employer offers multiple insurance plans though I’ve not considered the health savings account and I may consider it. It looks like it makes sense. I hope there are more options for consumers, in general. The system now is not good and will only lead to higher premiums at this rate. These new options give us some hope.

Does your wife’s employer contribute to the HSA account? If not you would be better off with other HSA account administrators. Good ones to check out include Patelco credit union, Delta Trust and Bank, and additionally you should look at Cattle Bank and Trust.
