The lack of paper statements at Zecco has been a frustration for some time. I believe that they have had a lot of complaints over it, as I was searching on their forums once to figure out how to go paperless and found many unhappy customers. When I've finally given up on them ever going paperless, it finally happens. I wish they had actually sent out email notifying us though. Sun, thanks for posting this. When I’ve finally given up on them ever going paperless, it finally happens. I wish they had actually sent out email notifying us though.
