I'm E-House will do fine with its NYSE listing and even with their business as long as Chinese mortgage companies refrain from making the same mistakes the US lending institutions made. I wonder if China real estate will take a hit after 2008 Olympics though. Honestly, I'm a little afraid of everything China once the 2008 Olympics is true. I see the situation as similar to the US market before Y2K when everything related to technology was going up, everyone is talking about Y2K etc etc. I would say be careful Sun... I'm sure China stocks has made you A LOT of money these few years but I caution you to reduce your risk in the coming months.
