		<description>I think there will be a little bit of shakeout in the Chinese economy after the Olympics, but there may even be  some other problems unless they can get some quality control across the board on their exports.  I&#039;m E-House will do fine with its NYSE listing and even with their business as long as Chinese mortgage companies refrain from making the same mistakes the US lending institutions made.</description>

		<description>Actually, the fact that housing is just a dream is probably true in many asian countries since house price and salary are not in line at all.

I wonder if China real estate will take a hit after 2008 Olympics though.  Honestly, I&#039;m a little afraid of everything China once the 2008 Olympics is true.  I see the situation as similar to the US market before Y2K when everything related to technology was going up, everyone is talking about Y2K etc etc.

I would say be careful Sun...  I&#039;m sure China stocks has made you A LOT of money these few years but I caution you to reduce your risk in the coming months.</description>
