I transferred all my equities from Scottrade to Zecco. I have made 10 free trades this month.But, while funding with zecco was easy, getting funds out of zecco seems hard: today when I did an ACH request to transfer some cash out of zecco to my bank account, I was told I still have "outstanding new account paperwork", or "CAG-R" and "NAF-R" forms, to fill. What are they? I could never find these forms on their website. While they already took cash from my bank account, why can't they transfer some cash back to the same account?I will update my experience on this issue. Everything seems fine so far.
