I transferred all my equities from Scottrade to Zecco. I have made 10 free trades this month. But, while funding with zecco was easy, getting funds out of zecco seems hard: today when I did an ACH request to transfer some cash out of zecco to my bank account, I was told I still have "outstanding new account paperwork", or "CAG-R" and "NAF-R" forms, to fill. What are they? I could never find these forms on their website. While they already took cash from my bank account, why can't they transfer some cash back to the same account?
