The downtown has undergone a lot of revitalization, so from the Arch to Washington University is a great corridor, but just north of it starts to get really seedy. East St Louis is actually probably worse, but they don't include Illinois cities in the survey because of how Illinois reports rape statistics. There are definitely some BAD places in St Louis. I have corrected it.Actually, I have been to St. Louis once a couple of year ago and the city looked very nice. I don't understand how it can be the most dangerous city.
