They don't offer lot of fancy stuff and for the small number of products they do offer, they really make them working fine for a lot of people. I only wish they can boost their savings rate a little more so I can use it again :) I remember the article in TIME mentioned the possibility of a 30-year fixed rate mortgage offering. While other banks might have better rates I doubt I'd switch away from ING. I've had their savings account for two years now and I'm hooked. I really like the interface, the products they offer and feel confident in them as a company who will provide a safe and secure banking experience. ING was one of the first I've seen to offer multi-factor authentication. Now if they would just offer a 30 years fixed rate mortage I'd have 3 products with them..
