There’s another $25 bonus in the October issue of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance for opening an ING Direct Orange Savings account before November 30, 2007.
ING Direct is a leading online bank which offers high-yield savings account (4.50% APY) and interest bearing checking account (4.00% APY). If you are not familiar with ING Direct, here’s a story from Time magazine early this year. If you want to see how ING’s rates compare with other online banks, I have a post that reviews banks currently offer savings and interest checking accounts.
If you can use the reference code and the $25 bonus, leave a comment at this post with your email address so I can send the reference code to you. The bonus is only available for new accounts with a new Customer as primary owner. And one household can only earn one bonus.
I actually opened the ORANGE checking with ING a few months back and I love it. The greatest feature in my opinion is that they don’t have overdraft fees, instead they just loan you the funds at X% (I don’t recall), so if I were to overdraft for a day or two, it would cost me pennies rather than $30+ at most banks!
I just barely opened the ING Direct Orange Savings Account and love the service so far. I had received a voucher for the $25 that you talk about and think I accidentally threw it away. Could you e-mail me the promotion code? Thanks!
hey.. my brother was actually talking to me about the ING account because PNC has been nothing but a hassle.. I was on the website tonight and then i looked at the other links and i saw this website. I would appreciate it so much if you could email me the reference code! I want to open the account asap. Thank you so much
