Every time I call I get a different story, different instructions to follow and no response at all. They are trying to charge me $100 in overdraft fees for PENDING transactions. I moved money from my savings to checking and none of the transactions went through unit my account was positive and they are telling me because the transactions were PENDING that they charge the overdraft fees. If it hasn't left my account then it IS NOT OVERDRAWN! Also, it takes three days for for my transfer in savings to get to my checking account? With the same bank? WTF! I'm closing the account and they can take me to court for the last $100. My account printout clearly shows a positive balance until 4 NSF fees show up for transactions that hadn't even cleared the bank!

THEY SUCK! They took out $50 dollars every month for no reason. I called to see what was happening and got 2 very unprofessional people just passing the problem around, and never solving it. Even though everything that was charged me with out my authorization is on paper, their only answer is that they have to charge me for the service that they provide, laughing at you as you had no right to call and complain about a $50 overcharge. Mr. Scott Harrison is the last person I talked to at PNC. He is the one that likes to laugh at your expense instead of providing you with excellent customer service. I had the account for a year until they started charging me extra service fees that I never agreed with. In my book that is stealing. Now, if you like bad customer service and getting laughed at when they steal your money, then they are the right company for you. One thing I assure you... I will not stop until they return the $50 they stole from me.

They steal your money and laugh about it! that is exactly what happened to us. I believe that all of the issues that concerned you could have been fixed within a timely manner and you should have been compensated for your inconvience. I have throughly enjoyed the transistion from National City to PNC my experience as an employee and a customer have been great. I feel that PNC has done a great job with its organization and the process by which it took over National City. Conversion for 99% of the customer base went overwhelmingly smooth with no issues. There have been some issues that caused confusions with customers most of them being caused by our own (USA’s) BIG GOVERNMENT bringing down financial reform causing banks to have to generate revenue by other means so you have seen some cost go up.However I will say as a consumer, we have been crazy spoiled and just feed with a silver spoon with our accounts. We should all be so lucky to have a Free Checking, the world we were in just 20 years ago did not have any type of Free Anything. We as consumers are extremely blessed to have such a privilage to have Free Accounts in general how do you expect to Pay people to run accounts when 90% of the deposit accounts are FREE. We have been pampered and treated with the best possible option as we have all at some point had Free deposit products.I can only SayThank you PNC for Both my paycheck and for being such a sound and responsible bank.Your comment is awaiting moderation.

I apologize to all of you in advance as I hold my branch to a higher level of intergrity and expect them to treat every customer with the upmost respect, because without customers we have no business. Their online billpay claims to have a guarantee - that is until they mess up. Then they don't actually pay for late fees you get, because they claim it's not their fault it didn't get there on time. I'm switching.

PNC sucks. Their online billpay claims to have a guarantee – that is until they mess up.
