  • Five Cent Nickel talks about his experience with the new Bank of America ATMs. I don’t know if those in my area will get the upgrade, but it’s pretty cool that “they print a receipt with small images of the scanned checks.”
  • Free Money Finance discusses ways to get a double tax deduction when contributing to an IRA. Isn’t that a simple idea? Well, as long as you are contributing, where the money came from doesn’t really matter.
  • Money and Value shares his thoughts on paying back his parents after they supported his higher education and asks what you would do when you graduate and get a decent paying job. I feel no matter how much, there are something I can never pay back with money.
  • AllFinancialMatters asks which one you would rather have: a $30,000 wedding or $30,000 to help get you started in life. How about both? Get a $30,000 wedding to marry someone who can help you get started in life ;)
  • A Tentative Personal Finance Blog has 5 reasons to buy a new car. Regardless of warranty, I feel can actually save money on maintenance for years.
  • Personal Finance Advice reveals the hidden costs and benefits of free-after-rebate offers. Those stuff I bought, though not actually free, all sent back rebate checks, so I never had a problem with “store credit.”

Have a nice weekend!
