Articles I like today:
- Frugal For Life has some interesting and useful tips on saving pennies in the kitchen.
- Moment On Money talks about misconceptions about financial planners, from a Pro’s point of view. The truth is financial planning isn’t just about picking stocks.
- Money And Investing started a Prosper portfolio and wonders whether Prosper can make him prosper. It’s an option, but I doubt any serious money can be made without a sizable commitment.
- I Will Teach You To Be Rich answers a reader’s question on whether the leftover from student loan should be invested. If the loan interest is low enough, I don’t see why the money can’t be invested, as long as there’s enough fund to cover the payment when it’s due.
- QueerCents posted three tips for tracking expenses. For the couple of months last year when I did track our expenses, I just used an Excel spreadsheet, which is good enough for the sample purpose.
