Happy Valentine’s Day, Birthday, and New Year!
Today is a special day, a very special day. It’s Valentine’s day. It’s our daughter’s birthday. And, coincidently, it’s also the Chinese New Year, The Year of Tiger! All on the same day, on the weekend, after the snow storms of the past two weeks. This doesn’t happen very often as I know, so we take the rare opportunity to celebrate in the way that we were not be able to do so in the past, with a big dinner and New Year’s Eve entertainment that I used to enjoy a lot when I was a kid. If you also celebrate the Lunar New Year, I also wish you a Happy New Year! Kung Hei Fat Choi!! 恭喜发财!!!

Xin nian kuai le Sun and happy birthday to your daughter!
How’s the house hunting going?
Thanks! Where did you learn “Xin nian kuai le”?
Not much progress on the house hunting. There weren’t many new listings the past two weeks because of the snow. Hopefully, things will go back to normal next week.
