I use it for cases of toilet tissue and paper towels, and some medicinal items. Works well and I can ask for immediate shipment if I'm running out early or can skip a shipment. Amazon prices generally check out as cheapest for me.

I use Amazon S&S for cereal. I get a shipment once a month. I also get a variety of other supplies at less frequent intervals. Its also nice with Amazon Prime which is 79$ per year for unlimited 2 day shipping. If you shop there a lot it more than pays for itself.

I use Amazon's Subscribe and Save for regular orders of Spenda (no calorie sweetener) and have been very happy. We save a lot from what we would pay at our local supermarket ($6 per bag instead of $10) and it's convenient because it's automatically shipped to our door every 2 months.

In fact, I wrote a post on my blog about this program just last month, if you don't mind my sharing:

My experience with Amazon S&S program has been very favorable. I have compared the prices to Costco and not only is it usually cheaper after the 15% discount....but the standard shipping is always free (No need to make sure you have at least $25 worth of stuff). I have used the S&S program to save money over Costco on diapers (Every month), granola bars (every six months), and dried fruit packages (every 6 months), and razor cartridges.

Additionally, there have been things that I usd the program for just to get the discount and shipping....and then immediately cancelled after the first shipment (Or I just keep using the "delay the next shipment" option).

Unless I was planning a trip to Costco in the coming week anyway, it is usually faster to order it through Amazon's S&S program than it is to wait until the next time I go....or make a special trip to Costco.
