Hm. I have a degree in math, another in statistics, and was 3 classes from a CS minor. Sounds like they are looking for me.
Intriguing. Perhaps I should do some investigating.
Brad: Actually, I feel it’s very easy to get into other area if you have a math degree. My major is electrical engineering and many people in this area have math degrees and for them, those formulas and equations in EE are quite easy to deal with. The same for trading. If now trading is based on models and quantitative analysis, a math degree is definitely an advantage.
